Terms & conditions

The short version of what governs your use of MyPoojaLive.

What we do
MyPoojaLive arranges verified pandits and astrologers to perform rituals and consultations on your behalf, at our own studio, and streams them to you live.
Your Sankalp is binding
The name, Gotra and intention you provide are read aloud during the ritual. You are responsible for their accuracy up until the lock time shown on each booking.
Payments
A booking is confirmed only once your bank confirms the payment to us — never before. Nothing is charged twice for the same session.
Conduct on live sessions
Consultants and astrologers are not permitted to ask for payment outside the app, share contact details, or make guaranteed predictions. Report anything that crosses this line.
