Cancelling a Pooja
Free more than 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, or if a pandit is already assigned, a small charge towards their held time may apply — we always tell you the amount before you confirm.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free if it is more than 24 hours away. Any change inside 24 hours will be charged towards the pandit's held time.
Our error, not yours
If a pandit or astrologer withdraws, or a session never starts, we offer a full refund or a straightforward alternative — never a cancellation charge for something that was not your doing.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually clear within three working days.
